My name is Paul Love. I'm an editor and content strategist with more than 20 years of experience creating content of all types, from award-winning print magazines and book series to data-driven B2B campaigns. I currently lead the editorial team at Robert Half, where I turn complex hiring and salary research into flagship reports, thought leadership, and always-on campaigns. I'm a junkie for that feeling of post-harried satisfaction that comes when you put together the puzzle pieces of an engaging story, a compelling product, and a strong brand.
I've worked in several arenas, including enterprise marketing, online markets, magazine publishing, content marketing, custom publishing, and book publishing, and have played more roles than I can count, including editorial lead, content strategist, writer, photo editor, managing editor, field producer, and style guide keeper, often multiple simultaneously. Now that also means bringing AI into the editorial process without losing the human voice. Whether content is geared for digital channels or print media, I can ensure it gets there in its finest possible form.
A sampling of branded content, research reports, and marketing copy I've written, edited, and managed. Areas of specialization include workforce and hiring trends, B2B marketing, branding, meetings and events, travel, and more.

In addition to using agentic AI to build automated workflows and train AI to write in specific voices in my day-to-day work, I used Claude Code and a host of subagents to create Lunography™. It’s a passion project, a mobile app (best on tablets) that combines my love for storytelling, astronomy, and creative use of technology.
